Hot Water Beach TOP10 is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations here at the Holiday Park. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of 3 maintenance staff, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely. This role requires strong people and leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
*Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations to ensure minimal downtime.
*Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
*Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, equipment inspections, and repair schedules.
*Ensure compliance with Health and Safety
*Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
*Manage the procurement of tools, supplies, and equipment needed for maintenance activities.
*Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
*Experience in maintenance operations. *Basic knowledge of electrical or plumbing and general building maintenance. *Excellent leadership and team management skills. *Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. *Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Experience in pool maintenance
Full training will be provided by the current Maintenance Supervisor.
This is a full-time permanent role and includes 40hrs weekly. Preferably the successful candidate will live on site or within proximity to the Hot Water Beach area and has experience within the industry. Join an amazing team and make the most of our beautiful coastal region.
