What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who can:
- Work quickly and efficiently, staying calm under pressure during high volumes of orders.
- Ability to multi-task during daily service, including prep, stretching, topping and oven work.
- Experience in Italian-style pizza making including quality dough making.
- Jump in wherever needed, learning quickly and contributing to our team-oriented environment.
- Ensure high standards of food presentation and quality
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Fast Food/Pizza Cook or in a similar role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- The kitchen will have a small team, so we need an all-rounder who’s prepared to get their hands dirty. Beyond making delicious pizzas, you’ll be helping with food prep, cleaning, and the general running of the kitchen.
- We offer a fixed-term contract for one year with guaranteed hours and with extra hours available during busy periods. Set rostered afternoon/evening shifts with no late nights. A minimum of 30 hrs are guaranteed for this role with a maximum of 40hrs offered during peak and shoulder season. Payrate is $29.66 per hour. Maximum payrate will be $31 per hour. No other rates or bonuses are offered for this role. A uniform will be provided by the employer.
